TERMS OF SERVICE — PBO Collaborative Consulting LLC

By purchasing any product or program from PBO Collaborative Consulting LLC, you agree to the following terms.

Purchases and Access Upon completing your purchase, you will receive access to the program materials and community resources as described at the time of sale. Access is granted to the individual purchaser and is non-transferable.

Refund and Cancellation Policy Due to the digital nature of this program and the immediate access to resources provided upon enrollment, all sales are final. A cancellation request submitted within 72 hours of purchase and prior to the cohort start date may be honored at the discretion of PBO Collaborative. Once the cohort has begun and resources have been accessed, no refunds will be issued. If you have questions prior to purchasing, please contact us before completing your transaction.

Program Changes PBO Collaborative reserves the right to adjust session dates, format, or content as needed. Participants will be notified of any material changes in advance.

Intellectual Property All materials, tools, frameworks, and resources provided through PBO Collaborative programs are the intellectual property of PBO Collaborative Consulting LLC. You may use them within your own organization but may not reproduce, resell, or distribute them without written permission.

Limitation of Liability PBO Collaborative Consulting LLC is not liable for outcomes resulting from your participation in or use of any program or resource. Results depend on individual effort, organizational context, and application of the material.
